Cooper Purnell Memorial Endowment

Cooper Purnell, son of Tim and Nicole Purnell, was stillborn on December 28, 2005. He forever changed the lives of his family and they want to permanently honor his memory by funding an endowment to benefit the students of Era ISD. Cooper's sister, Lorraine, is a proud Era Hornet that talks often about the brother she never knew.

The Purnell family launched this effort on his 16th birthday with a goal of it being fully funded by his 18th birthday on December 28, 2023. To learn more or donate to this endowment, please click here.


Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stevens and Family Scholarship Endowment

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stevens are long time residents of Era and their family has been very involved in Era ISD and Education. Once this endowment is fully funded it will award a $400 scholarship each year to an excellent student-athlete that has lived in Era and attended Era ISD from K-12. Tyler B. Foster Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Created by Casey and Brittany Barclay, this endowment in memory of Tyler B. Foster. Tyler had a love of his farm in Era and flying.
